Our site will be marketing loan applications that we feel qualify for funding. All applications hosted for your consideration will have the entire necessary ingredient for a YES answer. Our pre assessment concept on the applications allows our experienced loan assessors to assess application to qualify and process to the lenders standards before hosting for your consideration. Only applications we consider qualify for funding are hosted for your selection.

We are mindful of lenders time spent on assessing applications and losing it to another lender with no benefit. We are taking this approach to prevent lenders from putting in time and effort to buying business and losing it at the end. We have decided on a system that we consider is fair and just to all bidders when bidding for loan business.
